On 31 October, Halloween is celebrated in style at the MAGICUM. Every year, the MAGICUM – Berlin Magic Museum invites visitors to a special Halloween event, during which the museum becomes even more magical and mysterious. Halloween at MAGICUM combines the atmosphere of the Halloween celebrations with the museum’s themes: magic, mysticism, historical customs and the question of where our ideas about magic and the supernatural actually come from.
The MAGICUM team will, of course, be welcoming you on Halloween in appropriate costumes. And anyone who comes in fancy dress is especially welcome!

Diwali – the Festival of Lights
Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights, is just around the corner! And MAGICUM would like to celebrate it with you. Immerse yourselves in colourful stories, discover wonderful traditions and learn more.
From 6 to 10 November, MAGICUM will be in a particularly festive mood:
- 6 November – Dhanteras
- 7 November – Naraka Chaturdashi
- 8 November – Diwali & Lakshmi Puja – the main day
- 9 November – Govardhan Puja
- 10 November – Bhai Dooj
